Pet Policy

Maximum of two pets allowed. There is a non-refundable $500 up front pet fee for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinchers and Bull Mastiffs, full blood or mixed at any percentage are prohibited, except dogs trained to assist the disabled and active canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer. Breed documentation and photo of pet are required.
